Mac Conceal and Correct Palette Light - REVIEW

This is an awesome little palette. I think it was $75 (AU) from the Mac online store. I got it in the light shades. There are two warm toned and two pinkish toned concealers. As well as a yellow and a peach corrector. The consistency of these concealers is almost perfect, I find they are a tad drier than Mac studio fix concealer but not much difference. Although I think they feel lighter and crease less.

The peach concealer is perfect for dark under eyes. As well as the eyelid if it's purplish.

The packaging is pretty classy and nice, like all Mac products. It contains 6grams total.

I'd say this is medium coverage and best to dab it on with your finger. Although this is quite costly, it's a great concealer palette to have as it comes with multiple shades so you can use it on other people if you want.

Sedona Lace 168 Pro Full Colour Eyeshadow Palette - 1st Edition - REVIEW

I got this palette online from Sedonalace.com for $29.95 (USD). I didn't have many eyeshadows at the time and figured it's very cheap so give it a go. It took about two weeks to get here to Qld, Australia. Which was awesome coming from America.

There are glittery, shimmery, frosty and matte shadows. So there's often a type for any colour you want.

This palette is miss and hit. A lot have great pigmentation and a lot don't. I found wetting the brush and then using the eyeshadow made it much more pigmented and vibrant, It also doesn't have fall out when it's wet which is an issue with this palette. But if you want variety and don't have a lot to spend, this is perfect. There are a few shades which will not work well if they are wet. These are many some of the pastel matte colour such as the lime green or bright yellow, these are chalky and don't apply well either way. I've included a picture of swatches, most are wet, some are dry. All done on primer.

Definitely use a primer underneath, I use Nyx eyeshadow primer in white.

This is a decent eyeshadow palette for its cost. You can definitely do alot with this. I'm unsure of how long they last. :)

Sleek Makeup I-Divine Showstoppers Palette - REVIEW

I got this palette for $19.95 (AU) from crush cosmetics.com.au - which was a surprise since they seem hard to get a hold of. I also got a number of other things I will also review.

The palette is quite thin and smooth it definitely does not feel cheap. I think the packaging looks nice and a bit classy :)
You open the palette to the shadows down the bottom and the mirror on the top.

A piece of plastic covers these with the shade names on it. Which I like to keep on.

The shades are; (from left to right)

Top Row; paraguaya, sunset, me myself & I, Bad Girl, noir, ultramattes v2.

Bottom Row; oh so special, bohemian, storm, sparkle, AU natural, graphite.

These shades are very pigmented. There are 5 mattes and the other 7 are glittery or shimmery. I find the shimmery frosty shadows easier to blend than the matte shades, personally. There is a gorgeous purple shade, AU natural, with silver glitter which unfortunately is quite hard and hard to get shadow from, not my favourite.

I definitely like Sunset, Bad Girl and Graphite.

Sunset - deep red/pinky toned maroon colour with a frosty shimmer.
Bad Girl - an army green with a frosty shimmer.
Graphite - deep brown with a frosty shimmer.

The frosty shimmer shades are also the smoothest but they do have fall out. Trick is to only put a bit on and build up.

These eyeshadows last about 4 hours (with Nyx Eye Primer) before slightly creasing. But nothing dramatic.

Normal sponge tip applicator comes in the palette, not useful.

I'm not sure how much product is in this palette but I definitely can't see me running out of these in a looooong time, and it was only like $20?

For the cost, this is an awesome palette with some beautiful colours in it. I will be purchasing other Sleek palettes in the future and will review. Xo.

I'm Kelly, 19 and Australian. I will base this blog around makeup reviews + hauls and occasionally other stuff. If people would like YouTube reviews, please ask, I will be starting these soon. I have quite a good makeup collection and thought it'd be good to review products that are well known and products that aren't, as well as having a different look on certain products.
